“I recently had the problem all homeowners dread… My sewer had backed up into the basement. I had never used a professional plumber at this address, so I feared the worst; hucksters, overcharges, sullen workers, and shoddy work.
By accident, I discovered Golden-West Plumbing and Heating. From the first, my experience was positive. The operator receiving my call was a professional, concerned lady that was able to schedule our “disaster” in time to save our Monday schedule, and she called after each service to insure that I was satisfied.
Within minutes of the scheduled time, I met a cheerful, experienced plumber, Rick, and his assistant at my door. Both men knew exactly what they were doing. They went right to work, with the latest of tools, and had the problem isolated within minutes. (Tree Roots) While the plumbers worked, they explained Golden West company, and its dedication to customer service.
My floor, and all of the tools used were covered with protective blankets. Any sludge that managed to splash on my appliances was cleaned with antibacterial cleaner. The waste was collected and removed.
Rick then explained my options. I decided to have the old clay drain line replaced. This work was done on time, and my property restored. Even the rockwork in my yard was cleaned of dirt, and replaced on plastic to keep weeds out.
I am happy with the entire experience, and I will recommend Golden West to everyone.”
